Shipping and Returns

General Shipping Policy

All Order over $49 shipping within the contiguous USA are free

* Important: All order Over $150 will require signature upon delivery without exception. This is to protect you from fraud and avoid fraudulent orders as well.

Our delivery options include Free ground shipping with Fedex, USPS and/or UPS. We also offer expedited shipping services such as Fedex Second Day, Fedex Standard Overnight and Fedex Priority Overnight options with additional charges. Please note that the Fedex Priority Overnight option is the only service that delivers on Saturdays.

Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse the same day however, there is a 24 hour processing time policy for all orders, including all expedited orders. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take up to three days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via UPS, Fedex or USPS. We do reserve the right to use any carrier. Shipments to Canada will be charged at the rate of $11.95 USD ($15.97 CAD). All Canadian orders over $100 USD ($134 CAD) ship FREE. Please allow 5-7 days for Shipments to Canada.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order "if it has not shipped". However please be sure before you make your purchase as we charge a $20 cancellation fee for refund fees we pay to our bank to process refunds and the time and effort spent by our staff processing orders as we process hundreds of orders per day. 

Refused Orders

There will be a 20% restocking fee for refused orders, this is due to us having to pay for shipping and to avoid fraudsters from ordering and claiming they never received their order.

Shipments To Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

We are happy to ship to one of these areas but additional shipping may be charged. Please contact us for quotes to ship to these locations through our contact us page or call us at 1-800-505-7998. All shipments to one of these areas will also ship within 3 business days. In most cases, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day. We Do Not do Refunds or Exchanges for Canadian or international orders. We do however provide replacement parts and exchange faulty units, if need to, depending on each individual case. 

Note: We require picture of Credit card and Picture ID emailed to us via phone/computer to for all Canadian orders. This is due to large amounts of fraud coming from Canada as we do not have the ability to validate Canadian credit cards. if you wish, you can cover all of your credit card's numbers but the last 4 digits for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding. 


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

General Return Policy

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer.

Any/all items purchased from Vapesrush and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be unopened and in original, brand new condition for exchange or refund. We "DO NOT" offer Exchange or Refund for used items.  
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by calling us at 1-800-505-7998 or at
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any Shipping and expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

Vapesrush reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

You must have an authorized RA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within one (1) week of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. 


Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.



Vapesrush reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Vapesrush and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
